Competition Rules

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be banned.
• Employees and immediate family of R.A.C.E. staff may not enter competitions in which they have a judging or administrative role.

2. Entry Requirements

• All entries must feature a vehicle, craft, or machine you own or have explicit permission to enter.
• Photos must be original and taken by you or with the photographer's consent.
• You may submit one entry per contest per account (enforced automatically).
• Entries must be classified in the correct class (Land, Sea, or Air). Mis-classified entries may be reclassified or removed.
• Entries must not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
• Maximum 5 images per entry, each up to 5 MB. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF.

3. Contests & Voting

• Each contest has a defined entry period and voting period.
• One vote per class per person per contest.
• Vote manipulation — including bots, scripts, purchased votes, or coordinated voting rings — is strictly prohibited.
• R.A.C.E. reserves the right to void suspicious votes and disqualify associated entries.

4. Prizes

• Prize details (amount, type, distribution) are listed on each contest's page before entry.
• Winners are determined by the highest vote count in each class at the close of the voting period.
• In the event of a tie, the entry submitted first wins.
• Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and vehicle ownership before prizes are released.
• Tax obligations on prize winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Disqualification

R.A.C.E. may disqualify an entry or ban a user for any of the following:

• Submitting content you do not own or have rights to.
• Using fake or duplicate accounts.
• Vote manipulation or incentivizing votes through payments or gifts.
• Harassing other participants.
• Providing false vehicle information.
• Any violation of the Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of the photos and content you upload.
• By entering, you grant R.A.C.E. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your entry on the platform and associated social media channels.
• R.A.C.E. will always credit you as the owner.
• You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting support.

7. Live Events & Micro-Shows

• Live events hosted by partner shops follow these same rules unless the event page states otherwise.
• Walk-up entries (no account required) are subject to all entry requirements above except account registration.
• Voting at live events requires a signed-in account — no exceptions.
• Event organizers may set additional class restrictions and eligibility criteria.

8. Rule Modifications

R.A.C.E. reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of R.A.C.E. after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
