1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the R.A.C.E. (Race Anything, Challenge Everyone) platform at race.social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with verifiable parental consent.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. Creating duplicate or fake accounts is grounds for immediate ban.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • R.A.C.E. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Competition Rules.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all photos, descriptions, and other content you upload.
  • By uploading content, you grant R.A.C.E. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and associated social media.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, threatening, or harmful.
  • R.A.C.E. reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Contests & Prizes

Contests are governed by the Competition Rules. Prize amounts, eligibility, and distribution details are listed on each contest page. R.A.C.E. is not responsible for taxes owed on prizes — winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

6. Shops & Connected Accounts

  • Shop owners who connect a Stripe account for payments agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
  • R.A.C.E. is not a party to transactions between shops and their customers.
  • Shop listings must be accurate and not misleading.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to manipulate votes, ratings, or rankings through bots, scripts, or coordinated schemes.
  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access the platform without written permission.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
  • Using the platform to promote illegal activities.

8. Disclaimers

R.A.C.E. is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-submitted content. R.A.C.E. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R.A.C.E. and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of R.A.C.E. after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
