"Platform"

Refers to the R.A.C.E. website, mobile applications, and all related services provided by R.A.C.E.

"User"

Any individual or entity that creates an account, submits content, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

"Content"

Any photos, videos, text, data, or other materials uploaded, posted, or shared on the Platform.

"Contest"

Any automotive competition, car show, or challenge hosted on the Platform with entry fees and prizes.

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use the Platform in accordance with these Terms
• Respect other users and maintain a positive community environment
• Report any violations of these Terms to our moderation team

Entry Requirements

• All contest entries must feature motorized vehicles (land, sea, air)
• Entry fee of $5.00 USD required for each submission
• Photos must be original and owned by the submitter
• Vehicles must comply with the specific contest class requirements

Voting and Winners

• Winners determined by community voting
• Voting manipulation or fraud will result in disqualification
• Prize distribution follows the published prize pool calculations
• R.A.C.E. reserves the right to verify contest entries and results

Acceptable Content

• Original photographs and videos of motorized vehicles
• Respectful commentary and community discussions
• Educational content related to automotive topics
• Constructive feedback and suggestions

Prohibited Content

• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Offensive, discriminatory, or hate speech content
• Spam, advertising, or commercial promotion without permission
• False or misleading information about vehicles or contests
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Entry Fees

• Contest entry fees are non-refundable once submitted
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• 10% of entry fees contribute to the contest prize pool
• All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

• Entry fees are generally non-refundable
• Refunds may be considered for technical errors or fraud
• Contest cancellations will result in full entry fee refunds
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant R.A.C.E. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content on the Platform.

Platform Content

All Platform content, design, and functionality are owned by R.A.C.E. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Reasons for Termination

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or voting manipulation
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Repeated community guideline violations
